01 - Respect and inclusion
Treat every participant with dignity. Make room for different backgrounds, identities, abilities, disciplines, and levels of experience. Disagreement is welcome when it is thoughtful and directed at ideas-not people.
02 - Expected behavior
Be considerate in conversation, respect personal boundaries, and follow the guidance shared within our learning spaces and channels.
03 - Unacceptable conduct
Any concern about a safe and respectful learning space should be shared with the Chhahdhala team. We are committed to care, dignity and inclusion across our community.
04 - Reporting a concern
If you experience or witness a concern, contact the Chhahdhala team through our official channels and we will respond promptly and respectfully.
05 - Enforcement
Organizers may take any action reasonably necessary to protect participants and the wellbeing of the community.
06 - Content & usage
